SHIPPING

  • * Free shipping on all orders over $150 is for domestic  (Australia wide) orders only. Bulky and heavy items are not included – extra freight charges still apply.

  • We ship within Australia and internationally.
  • We try our best to send out packages the next business day after we receive your order. The shipping cost is based on the destination, anywhere in Australia is a flat-rate of $14.
  • We ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post or Fast Way Couriers, depending on size and destination.   Transit times will vary depending on the carrier and the final destination.
  • All orders are sent with a consignment tracking number which is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. If for some reason you have not received your order within 7 days of purchase please email us so we can follow up the issue.
  • Extra large, heavy and bulky individual items such as furniture are marked and will acquire a separate shipping cost. After we have received your order we will email you with a shipping quote.  Your order will not be processed until a shipping cost is confirmed. Please note we are happy to deliver furniture locally, this will include a courier fee depending on the suburb.
  • Orders that accumulate to extra large, bulky and heavier orders may require additional shipping charges. After we have received your order we will email you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be processed until a shipping cost is confirmed.
  • If you need to change any information regarding your order after it has been placed (eg.  change of delivery address or adding another item) please contact us, we are able to help only if the order has not yet been packed.
