This thiner natural dyed indigo cloth is made by the Bamana people of Mali. Strips of cotton are woven on a narrow loom and sewn together to form a larger piece of fabric, it is then resist-dyed with natural indigo. Soft and light the indigo cloth is made and admired by many different cultures.
Each textile is handmade using traditional techniques, slight imperfections occur making each one unique.
Measures roughly 165cm long x 110cm wide, give or take 5cm.
Choose from thicker of thinner cotton.
